Overview
About thermoforming & trimming
Thermoforming heats a plastic sheet until it softens, then forms it over or into a mold with vacuum, pressure or both. After forming, the parts are trimmed from the sheet with a die, a press or a router. Lines can be sheet-fed or roll-fed.
Every application is different. Use the steps in the request panel to tell us what you know about your parts, sizes and options. Skip anything you are not sure about and we will help you work it out.
