The BeltBrute BB-1200 is a heavy-duty hydraulic embossing and plating system designed for high-throughput production of leather belts, straps, and other elongated soft goods. Purpose-built for the U.S. market, it delivers up to 120 tons of pressing force across a generous 63-inch (1600mm) working width.

The BB-1200 features a heated upper platen with digital temperature control up to 392°F (200°C), along with a programmable interface for precise adjustment of time, pressure, and feed settings. The rigid steel frame ensures consistent results even under continuous operation.

The system is built to accept a wide range of interchangeable belt and strap embossing plates, making it ideal for manufacturers working with multiple product lines or custom designs. Plate changes are quick and tool-accessible, maximizing uptime and flexibility on the shop floor.

The BB-1200 also comes equipped with Keyence safety light curtains for enhanced operator safety, and all hydraulic lines utilize standard JIC fittings for seamless integration into American maintenance protocols
