Common questions
What is the typical lead time?
Lead times depend on the project. Typically 2–4 weeks for in-stock machinery, 90–120 days for simple builds, and 4–6 months for complex projects that need a full scope of work with CAD drawings for your approval. We confirm a specific timeline once we understand your needs.
How do you ensure quality?
We design our machines in the USA and work only with trusted, thoroughly vetted international partners. Every machine comes through our Payson, Utah warehouse for quality control before delivery, and any non-conformance items are fixed at that stage.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Delivery and installation include hands-on training, operating manuals and access to our support team for follow-up questions.
