The ServoFlex Series is a servo-electric traveling head press known for its quiet and energy-efficient operation. The hydraulic-less design is ideal for cleanroom applications, such as electronics, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. The cutting accuracy of the servo makes it a great fit for sensitive materials and the energy-efficiency makes it a great fit for controlled environments.
Feed the roll of printed material from the in-line printer and onto the conveyor belt. Set up the incremental advance distance. The vision system will take a picture of the graphics and automatically register itself and cut each new graphic within its field of vision.
