Our most robust full beam press for large-format die cutting at high tonnage. Cutting tables are configurable up to 78″ wide by 60″ deep, with custom builds up to 1000 US tons for jobs like jigsaw puzzle cutting, and consistent force across the whole working area. Used in fabric, leather, gasket, puzzle, automotive and aerospace production.
Operator Controls
An HMI touch screen with recipe saving and a dual depth system: encoder-based macro settings and timer-based micro adjustments. The base design includes full perimeter caging, safety light curtains and two-handle anti-tiedown controls. Choose a Hydraulic [H] or Servo-Over-Hydraulic [SH] power package.

Puzzle die cutting with the Edge Series
The Edge Series full beam press cuts jigsaw puzzles, from 250 and 500-piece formats up to full-size 1000 and 2000-piece puzzles, in chipboard, cardboard and foam. Tonnage is configured to your sheet size and die, and custom tonnage is available. Compare it with the Forge Series four-post press and the Trak Series traveling head press.
